the UK-offering them access to free NHS-funded eye tests for their residents. This is a unique

of others.About the RoleAs a Business Development Associate, you'll be part of a high-energy outreach team focused
on engaging care homes and building lasting relationships. Through cold calling, emailing, and
strategic follow-ups, you'll be connecting care facilities with essential NHS eye care services.
Your work directly supports better health outcomes for vulnerable communities-and comes
with the satisfaction of knowing you're making an impact.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to care homes across the UK
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with care home managers and staff
- Educate prospects on the benefits of NHS-funded eye tests and how to access them
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity to meet weekly engagement goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new care homes
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach
- A positive, resilient attitude with a people-first approach
- Confident communication skills, especially over the phone and email
- Self-motivation to meet and exceed outreach targets
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- A degree in business, communications, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience working in or with care homes, healthcare, or social care sectors
- Flexible working hours with a hybrid setup based in George, South Africa
