- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate training programmes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage administrative processes, including reporting, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Lead and support staff to achieve branch objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, learners, and external partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Uphold a professional, ethical, and results-driven culture within the branch.
- Proven experience in a similar operational and/or administrative role, preferably within the training or education sector.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with SETAs & QCTO processes will be advantageous.
- Salary: negotiable.
