- 3+ years full-function payroll experience
- Proven experience using Sage 300 People
- Knowledge of ERS Biometrics
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Solid knowledge of UIF, PAYE, SDL, BCEA, SARS regulations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential payroll information professionally
