- Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas
- Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management
- Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of customer relationship
- To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process
- Ensure ‘lead management system’ (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information i.e. address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts
- Schedule client meetings where and when required
- Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations and any other forms of activations as directed by management
- Target and results driven
- Excellent communication skills, with the focus on both telephonic and face to face customer engagements
- Good computer and software application skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
