Our fitment centre based in Brackenfell is seeking a Workshop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our workshop. This includes but is not limited to:

Assembly and fitment of canopies
Repairs of canopies
Installation of accessories to canopies and vehicles
Repair and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery in the workshop
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Coordinate with other team members to complete projects on time
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Follow all company policies and procedures

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with their hands and enjoys solving technical challenges.The ideal candidate will:

have strong mechanical and technical skills
be a reliable person with an ability to work under pressure
have good communication and problem solving skills and a strong focus on quality
have at least matric, while a further technical qualification will be a great advantage
have own transport and a valid drivers licence

Previous experience in a vehicle accessory fitment or technical environment will be an advantage, but is not essential as the position will be suited to a junior candidate as well.
