Job Summary Essential Skills & Experience:
✅ SAP SD Certification & solid hands-on experience
✅ Strong operations background (ticket handling, incident & problem management)
✅ Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
✅ Minimum 3 years’ professional experience
Advantageous Skills:
✨ SAP FI exposure
✨ ABAP debugging knowledge
✨ IDocs & AIF experience
✨ Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
✨ Jira & Confluence proficiency
✨ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor and manage interfaces (IDOC & RFC processing)
? Troubleshoot, resolve, and close support tickets within SLA
? Configure and implement system changes as required
? Document processes and maintain solution guides
? Collaborate with local & international teams
? Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
? Share knowledge within the team and ensure smooth client interactions
