Document Controller FTC - Mining - Northern CapeFull job descriptionDocument Controller FTC - Mining – Northern CapeOur client is an International Mining House has an opportunity that exists for a dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic and results driven individual to join one of their mines as a Document Controller on a 1 year project based in the Northern Cape.The ideal candidate must have developed / managed a document management system; Sharefile or other similar system experience; work-breakdown structure (WBS) experience.Experience and QualificationsGrade 12 / N3 - Essential2 - 5 years’ experience in Document Control positionCertificate in Quality Management/ Document Control /recordsManagement Diploma (Advantageous)Advanced computer literacy skills (MS office)Strong administrative, time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailSAP and Mining industry experience is requiredKey Performance AreaThe successful incumbent will be responsible for managing all project deliverables internally & externally, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and registers of all deliverables, track all deliverables internally and submit all deliverables timeously.S/he will set up all project meetings and ensure all deliverables are kept in a controlled environment and stored correctly on the systems.The incumbent will also be responsible for issuing document numbers to employees and ensuring compliance with CI for all documents developed, maintaining a record of all deliverables and adhering to the company’s policies, developing reports for weekly DC meetings and coordinating between team members.Salary: Market RelatedPhone: 011 803 9465Brought to You by AGC Mining Recruitment
