Now, they are looking for a Financial Controller to help steer the next phase of growth and operational excellence. This is more than a back-office role - it’s a seat at the table where finance meets strategy. This role is based in the East of Johannesburg, you will be working closely with operational teams, your insights will directly influence profitability, cost management, and long-term business planning.Duties include (not limited to)

Lead and oversee the full finance function, including reporting, compliance, and analysis
Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts with meaningful commentary
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Education:

Completed BCom degree in a related field

Experience:

5+ years’ experience required within a similar role
Transport industry experience required
