Are you an experienced engineering leader with a deep understanding of large-scale energy infrastructure? We're seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multidisciplinary engineering activities in our Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) operations. Join us in shaping the future of clean and efficient energy delivery.ð§ Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil) in the design, execution, and maintenance of LNG facilities.
Oversee engineering deliverables throughout FEED, EPC, and operational support phases.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with international LNG standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the engineering team.
Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and third-party contractors.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, HAZOPs, and value engineering exercises.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., ASME, API, IEC, NFPA, ISO) and local regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation in LNG facility design, reliability, and energy efficiency.

ð Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
10+ years of experience in engineering roles within the oil & gas or LNG industry.
Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams on large-scale capital projects.
Strong understanding of LNG processes, cryogenic systems, and process safety.
Familiarity with engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
