- Quality Control & Training: Audit internal processes, provide analytical insights to management for product quality improvement, train QC team members, and coordinate inspections and stage reports with supervisors or managers. Oversee testing and ensure final inspection and release of workshop job orders per documentation and check sheets.
- Production Oversight: Maintain calibration status and control tags on instruments, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), perform in-house calibration of measuring instruments and gauges, monitor the quality management system, support/lead ISO9001 audits, and prepare QC reports and defect analyses. Address supplier quality issues and customer complaints and compile related reports.
- Technical Expertise: Lead departmental improvement projects, inspect complex parts at various stages using drawings, specifications, and diverse gauges/techniques. Notify relevant stakeholders (QA Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, Product Engineering, Production Management) of non-conforming parts.
- Quality Objectives & Compliance: Perform all necessary activities to meet QA/QC department quality objectives, resolve supplier and customer quality issues, and ensure compliance with inspection standards and documentation requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license.
