Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex SolidWorks-related issues.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and consultations to understand customer needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs for new users, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to recommend tailored SolidWorks solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Stay current with the latest SolidWorks features and certifications through continuous learning.
  • Mentor and lead a technical team, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field; or a Diploma in Engineering with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with a solid foundation in mechanical design principles.
  • Must have prior experience in a managerial or team lead role within a technical environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SolidWorks and related applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
