- Assist Services team with Installations, Services and Repairs on customer machines
- Fault Finding
- Identifying and ensuring that parts and consumables are ordered for clients
- Liaising with sales on new opportunities
- Accurate reporting to management and completion of Job cards for billing
- Housekeeping and general maintenance.
- Qualified Millwright
- 3-5 years’ experience working on CNC machines eg:
- Conventional Milling and Lathe machine.
- Press brake and Shear and Rollers.
- Saw, Presses and Wire cutters
- Plasma and Laser
- CNC lathe, vertical and horizontal.
- Experience in Delem, Cybelec, Fanuc, Siemens, Cypcut
- Must have a valid Drivers licence and reliable transport.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Suit
- Strong interpersonal and communication sills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally and internationally.
- Must be willing to work Overtime when required.
- Forklift Licence and Passport will be Advantageous.
- Mechanical strong in gearbox repairs, shaft and balls screw and leadscrews replacements, stripping and assemble of mechanical parts, alignments, mechanical parts new installations.
- Hydraulic experience and repairs.
- Electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Engineering knowledge on measuring equipment.
- Operations and control of conventional, cnc, plasma, laser, machines.
- Install and commission of new machines.
