This role will give you the unique opportunity to combine your experience with plenty of autonomy to get to the heart of achieving industry shaping insights for Bolt Insight's clients.We are looking for you to blend this with having also delivered the client side of market research, where you feel confident in delivering a well-rounded and empathic approach for the challenges and excitement of innovation.The main purpose of this role is to provide specialist knowledge for our clients to gain insights through Bolt Insight's advanced technology solutions. You will be excited to get under the surface of our next-generation solutions within the insights space, so you can keep leveraging tech-powered but human-led market research alongside creativity and inspiring approaches to problem-solving.You will thrive in a team, as well as being confident with self-directed work, you will be involved in the entire process from proposal to project delivery as well as final presentation to clients if required.Responsibilities

Develop opportunities with new and existing clients, anticipating their business needs and making effective use of Bolt Insight's Research technology.
Lead and/or support client briefing meetings and contribute to shaping project proposals (working alongside the business lead) to best meet client expectations.
Take responsibility for the overall quality of projects, overseeing all steps of the project lifecycle, from initial set-up and design of sample plans, to creating analysis plans for delivery of the data.
Provide clients with actionable recommendations to improve their brand positioning and strategy.
Building and managing long-lasting relationships with a client base assigned to your attention and care.
Using commercial and business acumen to strategically drive higher engagement from existing clients and clients in proposal, where you will be accountable for driving up a proportion of revenue from assigned client base
Prepare client reports with valuable insights to be presented to the clients.

The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack:Essential

5-6 years' experience of quantitative research experience in client facing role
Leading on projects and questionnaire design
Prioritising and managing own workload, as well as contributing to team
Woking with data managers to ensure coding and tabulation tables meet the needs of analysis.
Experience of implementing advanced technology solutions to benefit client
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (with second language is a bonus)
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to provide deep and innovative insights for clients
Presentation and report lead and support
