- Drive new business development and manage key customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Provide technical support on dosing systems and installations.
- Provide overall project management of the end-to-end process.
- Coordinate imports and supply chain activities for on-time delivery.
- Analyse markets, competitor products, and ROI to guide sales strategy.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide training to customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Food Science, Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years business development / commercial experience (preferably in chemical industry).
- Proven track record in business development.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally; flexibility for after-hours work.
