To manage the completion of accurate and timely financial and management accounting and reporting.
To ensure relevant processes and internal controls are in place in order to facilitate the company s compliance with statutory, tax and legal requirements across EMEA.Skills:
CA(SA) with post qualified experience
Exposure to consolidation and reporting in a multi-currency / multinational group environment
Oracle and US GAAP exp adv
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work outside normal office hours when occasional circumstances dictate.

Experience of producing complex financial accounts and managing an annual audit.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced excel financial modeling skills and good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in managing change and innovation to improve performance
Ability to think creatively and take an innovative and flexible approach to problem solving.
Monitoring and reporting performance against business plans and objectives.
Managing finance staff
Ability to produce and implement clear financial procedures and evaluate the internal control environment
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage personal and departmental schedules effectively to meet tight deadlines.
