Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management

Requirements

Grade 12
Post matric qualification preferably in Sales/Marketing
5 years’ Sales management Experience (PPE, Cleaning and Paper exerience is

advantageous) * Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
