- Manage disciplinary processes and grievance resolutions.
- Execute and streamline HR processes with precision.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Oversee leave policies and processes.
- Address employee queries regarding leave balances and policies.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- Human Resources Diploma is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in HR Administration.
- Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
