- Responsible for the full end -to end payroll and leave administration function in the Sage 300 People payroll and Employee Self Service systems.
- Ensure the company meets its taxation, provident, UIF, SDL and other legislative and statutory obligations through processing and preparing retums, related reports, forms and other documentation.
- Attend to all payroll-related queries in a courteous, timeous in an efficient manner.
- Leave management by using the time and attendance system.
- Responsible for arranging company and employee events, including wellness and social projects.
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NOF 4.
- B.com certificate in either Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- 3 Years of experience in Payroll Administration preferable Sage 300 People
- Experience with Time and Attendance processes and programs.
- Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
