Position: Growth Marketing Manager - 14703
Working Hours : 9:00am to 5:00pm ((British Summer Time), Monday to Friday
Monthly Salary: USD 2000 to 2500 per month, depending on experience

Now, we're ready to take our impact to the next level — and that's where you come in.We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive subscriber growth for our mobile app — a tool designed to help people eat better every day by combining meal planning, nutrition science, and convenience.What You’ll Be DoingThis is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll be our first hire dedicated solely to app growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that goes beyond our existing channels.
  • Leading growth experiments — including customer interviews, value proposition testing, lead magnet creation, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
  • Using data to drive insights — set up experiments, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly.
  • Exploring B2B opportunities with health organizations, wellness brands, and partners.
  • Embracing autonomy — you’ll thrive without a playbook, figuring things out, moving quickly, and prioritizing progress over perfection.
Who We’re Looking ForYou're more than a marketer — you’re a builder, an experimenter, and a storyteller. You're excited to work with a small team on a mission that actually matters. You bring:
  • 4+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced team.
  • Experience running and scaling paid social campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of growth experimentation — from ideation to execution.
  • A data-driven mindset — you know how to measure what matters.
  • Creative thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action.
  • A passion for health, wellness, or food (bonus if you've worked in those spaces).
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus, particularly in the health or wellness sector.
  • Accountability and integrity — we take our responsibility to deliver evidence-based nutrition seriously (don’t worry, you’ll have support from the CEO and our in-house researcher).
