Location: 100% RemoteAbout The CompanyOur mission is simple but powerful: to help people feel better and improve their health using food as medicine. We've built a thriving and passionate community of nearly one million followers across email and social media. Now, we're ready to take our impact to the next level — and that's where you come in.We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive subscriber growth for our mobile app — a tool designed to help people eat better every day by combining meal planning, nutrition science, and convenience. What You’ll Be DoingThis is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll be our first hire dedicated solely to app growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that goes beyond our existing channels.
- Leading growth experiments — including customer interviews, value proposition testing, lead magnet creation, and optimizing landing pages.
- Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
- Using data to drive insights — set up experiments, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly.
- Exploring B2B opportunities with health organizations, wellness brands, and partners.
- Embracing autonomy — you’ll thrive without a playbook, figuring things out, moving quickly, and prioritizing progress over perfection.
- 4+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced team.
- Experience running and scaling paid social campaigns.
- Strong grasp of growth experimentation — from ideation to execution.
- A data-driven mindset — you know how to measure what matters.
- Creative thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action.
- A passion for health, wellness, or food (bonus if you've worked in those spaces).
- B2B marketing experience is a plus, particularly in the health or wellness sector.
- Accountability and integrity — we take our responsibility to deliver evidence-based nutrition seriously (don’t worry, you’ll have support from the CEO and our in-house researcher).
