- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Minimum of 4 years of IT software development experience
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Strong coding skills in Bash, Perl, Python, and SQL
- Experience with system monitoring tools like Nagios and backup solutions
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSH, and TCP/IP
- Proficiency in VRO, Rudder, Ansible, and GitHub
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault and HashiCorp Nomad
- Knowledge of firewalling and SAN operations
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Experience with PAM products
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM Suite
- Experience in Automation and AI
- Knowledge in agile working model (AWM) Framework and dedicated roles
- Experience with CipherTrust Manager/Vormetric or other encryption software
- Proficiency in PLSQL
- Good knowledge of GitHub workflows and automation
- Linux experience, particularly with SUSE
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
- Experience with Ansible and Dell iDrac
- Install, configure, and maintain Unix/Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
- Apply system updates, patches, and security fixes as part of routine maintenance
- Create and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Support compliance with IT security standards and company policies
- Analyze integration systems and proficiency
- Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
- Develop system solutions in line with delivery requirements
- Utilize AI in analysis, system integration, and design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability
- Form part of the Linux standby team roster and support
- Operate and maintain code repository
- Manage security vulnerabilities
