- Perform the administrative functions required to manage all aspects of the assigned portfolio of clients to ensure that minimum service levels are maintained and that all customer expectations are met.

- Data acquisition and fault management
- Data capture for new sites

- Matric (Grade 12) Maths and Science
- BComs degree in Electrical engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- Additional technical certifications
- Minimum 5 years in portfolio, project, or product management within an industrial, utilities, or electrical environment.
- Experience in client management, technical coordination, and commercial performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of energy metering products, technologies, and trends.
- High proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
