The Payroll assistant should be dependable, organized, detail orientated, able to multitask, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines. Previous automotive dealership experience will be a plus.Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Payroll administration and data entry (Sage 300 People)
- Maintain confidential payroll records and employee files
- Assist processing of new employees, changes, transfers, and terminations
- Prepare reports as required
- Filing
- Any additional duties as required
