- Support onboarding and offboarding, from drafting offer letters to preparing welcome packs
- Maintain HR systems, files, and compliance documentation
- Draft employee communications and coordinate internal HR touchpoints
- Update contracts, policies, and people-related trackers
- Assist in executing culture and wellbeing initiatives
- Organise internal events, training, and development activities
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling and feedback
- Prepare people data reports, including DEI, joiners, and leavers
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or people operations
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Confident with digital tools and HRIS platforms
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Friendly, proactive, and collaborative
- Passionate about HR and eager to grow in the field
