Their mission is to simplify operations so business owners can focus on growth, creativity, and high-impact work.Role OverviewAs our Sales & Cold Calling Specialist, you'll spearhead outreach efforts to secure corporate event bookings for our clients. You'll combine cold calling, relationship-building, and follow-up strategies across phone, email, and text to engage potential leads and convert them into repeat customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Execute cold calling campaigns to secure event bookings
  • Manage outreach through calls, emails, texts, and social platforms
  • Handle initial engagement, follow-ups, and objection handling with confidence
  • Represent our clients' brands in a professional and friendly manner
  • Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to track and manage leads
  • Write and refine scripts, track performance metrics, and report results
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive culture fit
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
  • Proven sales and cold calling experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with unfamiliar contacts
  • Available to start within 5 business days
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsible, and accountable
  • Skilled in creating persuasive sales scripts and maintaining performance logs
