BOOKKEEPER

• A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
• Preference will be given to qualifications and certifications in bookkeeping.
• Minimum 3+ Years proven experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Pastel Evolution is a prerequisite

• Proven MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle and process detailed information effectively.
• Ability to maintain a high-performance level under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to prepare and analyse detailed reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.

• Process and reconciliation of all debtor accounts.
• Manage and process journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review, monitor and reconciliation of stock.
• Forecasting and analysing income.
• Assisting with audits.
• Participating in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Perform general administrative duties as requested by the Financial Manager and General Manager
