The role involves managing self-storage rentals and debt collection, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient facility operations. Flexibility is required to be able to take on the role of filling at any of our 6 Gauteng Branches when required. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries via phone, online, email, and walk-ins. • Sign up customers for storage lease agreements. • Collect debts and manage accounts. • Perform general administrative duties. • Manage existing customers and maintain excellent customer service Requirements: • Well-groomed and professional appearance. • Strong organizational skills with excellent data accuracy. • Driven and goal-oriented with outstanding communication skills. • Effective time management skills. • Sales/Debtors background • Proficient in computer use. • Own transport is required. • Flexibility to work at various branches from day to day.
