Build tailored media proposals based on campaign performance insights
Collaborate with buying teams and category managers to identify new sales opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Support junior team members with sales coaching and deal structuringSkills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Senior-level experience in media sales, retail, or marketing
Proven track record in delivering commercial growth
