Job Summary RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING AND CUSTOMIZING MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 (NAVISION) - Implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision). - Analyse client (internal and external) requirements and design solutions to align with their business needs. - Develop data conversion and testing strategies, and manage individual budget and scope of work. - Design and implement NAV solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and reports - Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations, train users on new processed and Dynamics NAV functionality - Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. - Implementing and customizing business central solutions for clients. - Understanding the unique needs of clients, analysing business processes, and translating those requirements into a tailor-made system - Provide technical support and training to end-users - Report development and dash boarding
