R55 000 CTCOur client in Gouda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) to lead engineering projects, drive innovation and ensure technical excellence across our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engineering solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency and safety while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards and regulationsMinimum requirements:
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Production Engineering
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (advantageous)
- Professional certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) is beneficial
- 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing, production or high-volume operations
- Proven track record in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Bill of Materials (BOM) execution, cost control and process optimization
- Experience with Xperdyte or similar production planning software (advantageous)
- Strong technical expertise in engineering design, manufacturing technology and industrial automation
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and project management capabilities
- Proficient in CAD software and data-driven manufacturing tools
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
