Keep the cash flowing - join my consumer goods client in the Cape Town CBD as Credit Controller (6-month contract)We're looking for a confident and proactive Credit Controller to join a premium global brand on a 6-month contract. If you're detail-obsessed, people-savvy, and ready to own key customer accounts, this one's for you.Their team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering excellence - and they need someone like you to keep their receivables in shape.What you'll be doing:

Managing a debtor's book across major retail clients like Spar, Shoprite, and Pick n Pay
Chasing payments, resolving queries, and ensuring invoices and statements are delivered on time
Escalating slow-moving accounts and supporting weekly reporting for leadership
Handling claim processing (including portal-based systems) with accuracy and urgency
Maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients while keeping a firm hand on collections

What we're looking for:

At least 5 years' experience in credit control, ideally within FMCG
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a bonus
Detail-focused with a knack for problem-solving and deadline-driven environments
Able to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with confidence
