- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience / Relevant Unix/Linux/Red Hat certification / ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous) / Minimum 8 years operations environment experience
- Unix/Linux Operating Systems - Proven experience with SUSE environments
- Veritas Infoscale - VCS/VCP qualification in Storage and Availability or equivalent 5+ years service provider experience in Linux environments
- Production Operations - Proven experience in operations or process management in complex production environments
- High-Pressure Management - Tolerance for managing critical incidents in high-pressure environments
- IT Operations Excellence - Extensive experience in standby support and ticket management
- Scripting Proficiency - Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell expertise
- Organizational Skills - Excellent multitasking and decision-making abilities
- PIC Processes - Understanding and adaptation to PIC frameworks
- Standby Operations - Serving as part of standby and MOD team roster
- Performance Monitoring - Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for operational effectiveness
- Process Optimization - Identify gaps and recommend automation solutions
- Cross-functional Coordination - Seamless operations and escalation resolution
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- ITSM Platforms - Deep knowledge in ServiceNow or Remedy
- Enterprise Systems - SAP and Oracle management, maintenance, OS patching and monitoring
- Collaboration Tools - Confluence/Jira proficiency
- Leadership Skills - Multi-tasking and team leadership capabilities
- Stakeholder Management - Provider steering and KPI delivery management
