Salary: R50 000 – R80 000 per monthPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Acumatica ERP Developer to join a dynamic team based in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Acumatica solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Solution Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and design tailored solutions within the Acumatica platform. Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to optimize system functionality.Customization & Configuration:
Customize Acumatica modules to align with business processes and user requirements. Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance usability and efficiency.Integration:
Implement seamless integrations with third-party applications, databases, and other systems to ensure data consistency and flow across the organization.Troubleshooting and Debugging:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform debugging, and conduct root cause analysis to address challenges in Acumatica implementations.Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Acumatica configurations, customizations, and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system enhancements.Upgrades and Maintenance:
Stay abreast of Acumatica updates and new releases. Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Training and Support:
Provide training sessions to end-users and support teams on newly implemented features, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization of the Acumatica ERP system.Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Acumatica development.Requirements:Proven experience in Acumatica ERP development and customizationStrong knowledge of business process analysis and ERP configurationProficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Acumatica's xRP FrameworkExperience with system integrations and web services (REST/SOAP)Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysisExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with strong documentation abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
