- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Log service calls received
- Coordinate technicians
- Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries
- Identify correct fault diagnosis
- Accurately load all information on the BPO system
- Data capturing
- Processing quotations
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Work with Call Centre supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Open and close all calls received
