Job Purpose:Prompt answering of all incoming calls;Capture reservations on main frame system and inform the customer of relevant rates, terms and conditions;-Forward quotes to customers and information on general enquiries;Follow-up on all quotes to customers – turn each enquiry into a reservation;Meet minimum call and reservation quotes to meet set daily targets;General Call Centre duties and administration tasks;Requirements:– Grade 12 certificate.– Call Centre experience in a service-driven business environment.– Computer literacy requirements: intermediate level in MS Office Word – Basic Excel.– Excellent documentation, organization, and project management skills– Must have a drivers’ license.– Must have own transport.The post appeared first on .
