Project Facilitator - Training Coordinator - DurbanFull job descriptionWe are looking for a Accrediated Project Facilitator / Training Coodinater to join our dynamic team.· Duties· Conducting training needs· Design training curriculum, develop, and deliver training programs in alignment with program· Coordinating and planning for all training sessions(related to the environment, logistics, room arrangements and ground rules of the session)· Facilitation· Confer with clients/management to determine the desired outcomes of the program/meeting· Organize in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises· Make sure all beneficiaries packs or portfolios are up to standard· Beneficiaries engagement· Measure outcomes from trainings· Research and recommend learning equipment (e.g. platforms and projectors)· Calculate and report on training costs· Evaluate the results of learning courses· Compiling Training outcomesQualifications & Experience· 3- experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinatoror or Project Facilitation or similar role· BSc degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field· Accreditation with SETAProject Management experience will be an added advantage· Drivers licenceKey skills for general practitioners· Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques· Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)· Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths· Excellent communication and organizational skills· Ability to work flexi hours· Good practical skills· Ability to solve problems and effective decision-making skills· Attention to detailShould you meet the above criteria email your profile to hr2@kspgroup.co.zaJob Type: ContractContract length: 24 monthsApplication Question(s):Are you accredited with SETA
