Regional Admin Manager - South AfricaFull job descriptionIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We are looking for a Regional Admin Manager in our KZN Hyper Support office, to manage inventory processes and activities to eliminate financial stock risk exposure, positive influence and improve business cash flow and stock holding efficiencies. Provide data intelligence to facilitate sound decisions making. Provide data intelligence to facilitate sound decisions making.Matric Grade 12Minimum of 3 years store operations experienceIndept knowledge of Store operations process and administrative proceduresExcellent knowledge of SAPRetail Management Diploma (advantageous)Valid SA IDValid Drivers LicenseKey Responsibilities but not limited to:Proactively identify inventory trends or problems and errors before they impact on stock accuracy and availabilityImplements corrective actionMonitor stock movements and levels and addresses non-complianceDiagnose, troubleshoot and resolves incidents relating to inaccurate receipt of stock, inaccurate stock in transit, IBT ) and internal department transfersOversee and manage stock takesConsolidate stocktaking outcomes and produce report and highlight risk areas.Track and report on supplier returns, to ensure accurate stockholdingGive guidance and ensure integration and collaboration across all operating unitsProject and communicate on areas of risk and provide mitigation/solutionsDaily communication of sales, shortages, inventory process compliance, stock counts, reduces to clear actions, trend analysis, stock availability, vendor strike rates vs store availabilityManage and improve and maintain collaboration between stores, supply chain and service providersDrive alignment in the ways of work between stores and supply chainEnsure that stores and supply chain are attending to incidents timeously and are resolved within the financial periodCoach and guide store users to troubleshoot stockholding issuesCompetenciesAttention to DetailAnalyticalJudgement and Decision MakingProblem solvingVerbal and Written CommunicationPresentationBusiness InsightKnowledge managementTeam workStress handling and resilienceCLOSING DATE: 9 APRIL 2024If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Discover who we are About UsAt Pick n Pay, we aremore than just a retailer; we are an organisation of dedicated people committed to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and an enriching, vibrant work environment for our employees.
