The PA role will provide a 1st class level of organisational based support to the CEO and senior managers within the business.As PA / Office Manager you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and senior managers and manage the office environment whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.The role would suit a dynamic, innovative, skilled and experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge. Someone who has experience working in a fast paced business and comfortable working within a dynamic and fluid role.RequirementsQualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree E.g: BComm Degree advantageous
Experience and Knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
  • Must have been employed in a role where confidences are respected
Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Able to prioritise and ensure smooth execution of tasks
  • Fluent in English – spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism
