Location: Remote

This is a strategic role where you’ll be expected to run structured discovery calls, guide decision-makers through a consultative buying process, and consistently close high-value deals.If you’re a sales professional who excels in meaningful, multi-step conversations — not quick transactional pitches — and you know how to create urgency by articulating real business value, this is your opportunity to shine.What You’ll Be Doing:Own the full sales cycle: from initial discovery to close.Engage in strategic, value-driven conversations with warm, qualified leads (no cold calling).Tailor solutions to client needs and demonstrate ROI in a compelling, data-informed way.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via our CRM.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on high-ticket or complex solution selling.Strong ability to lead multiple in-depth sales conversations and drive urgency without relying on discounts or gimmicks.Genuine enthusiasm and energy — we want people who bring a sense of drive and ownership to their work.Previous experience working remotely, preferably with UK or US-based companies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.High levels of resilience, accountability, and a desire to continually improve.What You’ll Get:Base salary with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performers.Ongoing coaching and development to level up your skill set.Clear path for rapid career progression within a fast-growing company.Supportive, no-nonsense team culture where results and ownership are valued.Regular recognition and incentives for top closers.We’re not looking for average.
