- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Prepare management accounts
- Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors and cash book
- Submit VAT returns on Efiling
- Ability to deal with VAT audits.

- 5+ Years experience
- Day to day management of the finance function
- All banking and management of banking accounts
- Accurate records and calculations of all kept and filed electronically and manually regarding all above tasks
- Capturing of invoices and payments
- All general financial administration, documentation and filing
- Bank and monthly reconciliations
- Preparing year-end audit files
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of various reports in Excel
- Assisting the Financial Manager with general queries and reconciliations
- Payroll processing of transactions and employee
- Accounting / Bookkeeping Diploma or BComm Accounting
- full time bookkeeping function to Trail Balance
- Including: Vat,Paye,Cashbooks, Debtors, Creditors, Forex, Recons, , Audit preparation,Salaries.
- Problem solver, must be able to work independently, under pressure, dependable and accurate.
- Pastel/Sage Evolution
- E-Filing
- MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working expeirience with retailers
