- Drive upselling and cross-selling through installer channels.
- Conduct site visits for installations, diagnostics, and technical guidance.
- Deliver on-site training and product awareness sessions.
- Capture and log every interaction in CRM, providing actionable insights.
- Act as the voice of the market, reporting trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain top-notch installer satisfaction.
- Ensure all installer interactions are accurately logged.
- Boost product adoption across your region.
- Contribute to weekly reports that shape strategy.
- 3+ years in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security experience is a bonus).
- Strong technical knowledge with problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your territory independently.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - petrol will be compensated.
