Store Manager

• Matric.
• Hospitality Degree / Diploma will be an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Minimum 3 Years experience in a management position.
• Previous experience in a store management/logistics management position.
• Micros System experience or other stock management systems are preferable.

• Stock control and purchasing of all food and beverage stock, including equipment, small maintenance, or any other request.
• Control of vehicles.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Allocate staff to do requisitions, issuing and bulk prep, and portioning.
• Responsible for the management of store cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Responsible for training of staff.
• Effective management of personnel.
