Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored service to VIP guests, including room preparation, packing/unpacking, and dining arrangements
- Coordinating with kitchen, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Serving meals, beverages, and organising special requests or events
- Maintaining guest confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of discretion
- Managing guest itineraries, reservations, and personal errands as required
- Ensuring all service areas, uniforms, and equipment are kept immaculate
- Previous butler or high-end hospitality service experience (private household, luxury lodge, or 5-star hotel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of personal presentation and professional etiquette
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
