- Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.
- Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.
- Lead and manage an international team of remote writers, providing guidance and ensuring quality output.
- Write compelling headlines, captions, and calls to action optimized for digital, social, and paid media platforms as well as content syndication for LinkedIn.
- Develop a master paid media copy guideline based on existing brand guidelines.
- Develop creative campaign concepts in partnership with the Senior Art Director.
- Oversee, along with the Senior Art Director, the localization and adaptation of content for multiple international markets and regions.
- Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate in all copies.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and media teams to ensure alignment between copy and visuals.
- Optimize content for SEO, ad performance, and platform best practices, including headlines, keywords, sitelinks and descriptions..
- Stay informed on digital trends, brand messaging, and audience insights to craft relevant and engaging content.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative writing within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital, social (particularly Linked In), and paid media content best practices.
- Experience leading a team of writers and managing content workflows.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, markets, and languages.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and automation is a plus.
