- Stable employment history with contactable references
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to consistently sell 8-10 vehicles per month
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide professional sales advice
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (8-10 vehicles per month)
- Present and demonstrate new vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value
- Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
- Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and relevant legislation
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, documentation, and reporting
- Negotiable salary (depending on sales experience)
