Closing Date: 2024-05-11Job Type: ContractJob Level: SeniorExperience: More than 10 YearsEE/AA: NoSummaryOur client in Pretoria is recruiting for Proxy Sub-Product Owner and Team Lead (Expert) to join their teamDescriptionMaximise the team’s delivered value and minimise riskTracking and communicating commitments, dependencies, and risksTrack metrics to measure team performance and ensure that continuous improvement is enabledChampion delivery success throughout the team and champion the early delivery of incremental benefitsActive participation and coordination in agile ceremoniesEstablish status of current tasks being worked onImplement Scrum and its events according to the scrum guideCoach feature team on scrum principles and valuesAssist with impediment resolutionFoster and increase team moraleProtect the team from interruptions and disruptionsMinimum RequirementsQualifications/Experience:Degree or Diploma in IT, business or similarMinimum of 6 years’ experience as a Scrum / Agile Master in multiple feature teamsMinimum of 15 years’ experience in the IT / Software DevOps industryScrum Master / Product Owner certified through scrum.org or scrum allianceEssential Skills Requirements:Deep understanding and knowledge of Scrum and Agile with practical Scrum / Agile Master / Product Owner experience in multiple software development feature teamsPractical experience with the ATC tool chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray etc.)DevOps and BizDevOps understandingAbility to be a servant leader for a technical development team using agile methodologiesKnowledge of reporting techniques and well-documented patterns and techniques (burndown techniques, retrospective techniques)
