KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
  • A tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field, supported by a minimum of 10 years’ experience in operational leadership, process optimization, and national and international product distribution (including exports).
  • Proven ability to manage operational budgets, implement continuous improvement strategies, and maintain efficient supply chains in high-pressure, service-driven environments.
  • Strong business acumen and natural leadership capabilities, with a sound understanding of Hazchem compliance, storage, and distribution protocols.
  • A solid track record in supplier relationship management, import/export procedures, and third-party logistics coordination.
  • A valid driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clear credit and criminal record are essential.
