We're seeking energetic and experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience working a service bar that includes coffees, cocktails, milkshakes, and draft beers. This role requires a balance of speed, accuracy, and customer engagement, delivering top-tier beverage service during high-volume shifts.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including coffee-based beverages, cocktails, milkshakes, and beers
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area
- Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory checks
- Take orders efficiently and interact warmly with guests
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Handle peak service periods smoothly and professionally
- Experience: 1-5 years in a busy bar setting with exposure to coffee preparation, cocktail mixology, milkshakes, and beer service
- Work Style: Must be comfortable working varied shifts and capable of adapting to flexible scheduling
