A dynamic and fast-paced Law Firm in Pretoria East is looking for an experienced Associate to join there team, the position is with a focus on Labour Law, Commercial Law/Corporate Law and Public Governance MattersSalary: BASED ON EXPERIENCEPOSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- LLB and admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- 4-5 years' post-admission experience in Labour, Commercial Law/Corporate Law and Public Governance Matters
- Experience working with Labour Disputes. Disciplinary Hearings, CCMA/Bargaining Council and Labour Court matters
- Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Commercial Contracts, Corporate Governance Documents
- Right of Appearance in the High Court
- In good standing with the LPC
