The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of overseeing a multi-functional team while ensuring smooth operations across all departments, including events, hospitality, and maintenance. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a picturesque and fast-paced environment where service excellence is key.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the event manager, marketing manager, receptionist, kitchen, bar, and cleaning teamsCultivate a motivated, customer-oriented team cultureHandle recruitment, training, performance reviews, and schedulingEnsure smooth day-to-day operations across all departmentsUphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service qualityMaintain relationships with vendors and suppliersCoordinate with the events team to ensure seamless event executionResolve guest queries and concerns professionallySupport in event planning and logistics as neededManage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective practicesProvide financial reports and collaborate on revenue strategiesWork with marketing to boost bookings and brand visibilityIdentify and implement opportunities for business and guest experience improvementsOversee venue maintenance and address issues promptlyRequirements:Experience in hospitality, event management, or a related leadership roleExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsBudgeting and financial management proficiencyProven team leadership and collaboration abilitiesFlexible availability, including weekends and eveningsPassion for guest service and problem-solvingBenefits:
