With multiple business units under its portfolio, the company prides itself on operational agility, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to its customers.As the CFO, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute the group’s financial strategy. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and capital allocation, while ensuring robust governance and risk management. A key part of your role will be to drive performance optimisation, streamline financial operations, and identify growth opportunities, both organically and through potential acquisitions.You will lead a strong finance team, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to ensure high performance and professional development. This is a high-impact, visible role that demands commercial insight, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent, with 10+ years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Executive in a high-volume, consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS reporting, compliance, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, capital structuring, and performance optimisation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in systems implementation, process improvement, and change management is advantageous.
